Too busy to smoke meats for the backyard party you have scheduled this weekend? Simply go to the grocery store and buy a couple of briskets, drop them off a couple days before your party, then come back  to pick up your fully cooked and ready-to-serve Briskets, Hams, Pork Butts or Chicken Quarters.
